(Court Assisted Recovery & Education)
Common Pleas Drug Court Program provides non-violent, chemically-dependent offenders and persons who have a high likelihood of becoming dependent with the necessary tools and life skills to live drug and alcohol free lives.

The Guernsey County Common Pleas Adult Probation Department is the head office in charge of the C.A.R.E. Program underneath the supervision of the Judge.

Criminal Division
Includes felony criminal cases where the possible penalty is over 1 year in prison and a $1,000 fine.

C.A.R.E.
Provides non-violent, chemically-dependent offenders with the tools and life skills to live drug and alcohol free lives.
Jury Service
Serving on a jury is one of the oldest, most direct forms of citizenship participation in the judicial system.
Domestic Relations
Hears cases including divorce, dissolution, custody, child support & civil protection orders.
Probate Court
Duties range from the issuing of marriage licenses to overseeing trusts valued in millions of dollars.
Juvenile Court
Providing the care, protection, and mental & physical development of the children subject to our jurisdiction
Juvenile Probation
Facilitating and participating in many programs to encourage growth and provide support to juveniles.
