As Clerk of Courts, I look forward to serving Guernsey County.   I am the Clerk for the Common Pleas Court – General Division.   My office is comprised of the Legal, Title, and BMV License Bureau.  The Legal Division maintains all legal records filed in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court – General Division, which includes Civil, Criminal, and Domestic Relations, as well as the Fifth District Court of Appeals.

The Title Division is responsible for issuing Certificates of Title for watercraft and motor vehicles owners throughout the region.  The BMV is responsible for registering motor vehicles and issuing license plates and driver’s licenses in the State of Ohio.
